Rangiora- Ashburton 8th February.

69 miles. Left Raylene's and Kevin's about 8.30am. Setting off south, fairly boring bit if road getting past Christchurch, (outskirts of cities always a bit the same). Cycled down to Ashburton, where I met my brother (now on his motorbike). He treated me to a pre- birthday dinner, very nice. Photo below, downtown Kaiapoi in rush hour. Not quite the south circular.
