Auckland 20th February.

Quiet day, walked down to take the ferry across to the centre. Had a wonder around Auckland city centre.

 I am always struck by the size of other cities, compared to London, Auckland, like Sydney is quite compact. Auckland seems a fairly relaxed city and not overly busy either.

 Yola was at work today, but on her return we went out to meet some of her friends for drinks and a bite to eat. Very nice evening, but maybe one(or even two) too many Sangria's!

    Lovely pics and you're looking very well! As you probably know, Dad would have been 96 on the 20th Feb.......he would be gobsmacked if he could see what you've done and very proud, I'm sure! xxx

      Yes, funny you mention Dad, he's been in my mind the last few days. 96, god, I bet he'd be a miserably sod!!! Xx
