Tough day with tired legs. Just tried to get it over as quickly as possible. Not easy with yet more poor road surfaces.
Some concern at map meeting that we have yet another very long day coming up tomorrow.
Footnote to today our night was disturbed by a four hour thunderstorm, torrential rain and even a tornado siren at 3am.
When that went off I was not sure what to do, so zipped my sleeping bag up over my head and hoped for the best. Apparently there was a tornado somewhere north of us, but we were spared that delight.
Tent wet inside this morning.
Never fun packing up wet gear!
