Le Grange - Anderson 8th April

88 miles.
Not the greatest day, harder to ride sweep than to ride your own ride.

Left camp at 8.30am, got into camp with the last riders at about 6.15pm, I was not in the best of moods, very tired!

Anyway, tomorrow is another day, and the last I am scheduled to ride sweep.

Today's ride took us through a number of towns that specialise in antiques, one of the shops had a London bus outside and two red telephone boxes, so familiar in London, but a bit strange in the Texas countryside.

This part of Texas continues to be green, quite warm weather, mid eighties, though locals tell me that the temperatures are well over one hundred in the summer months. Too hot to be outside in, I think people just go from one air conditioned environment to another.
