Started the day with a frog on my tent. Identical colour to tent material, very well camouflaged. The days cycling started along the Atchafalaya river, very picturesque.
Roads deteriorated as the roads went along, so just tried to get it over with.
Camped close to the Mississippi River, in the small town of Morganza.
Decision by group to go out for dinner as it's good Friday. Enjoyed a Cajun meal of Crawfish. Sold by the weight, I ate 3lb,(pictured below), thoroughly enjoyed the messy experience, they all need to be individually peeled.
Also had a taste of alligator, again very tasty.
