A very hot difficult ride. Roads busy and difficult to negotiate. I got lost at one point, but luckily came across a local cyclist on a recumbent, who took pity and led me through to some safer roads.
Eventually got to my warm shower host Pam and Chris. Pam was exceptionally welcoming,Christopher was at work, but met him later for a bite to eat, equally welcoming.
Pam and Christopher have generously offered to host me on my return to Orlando, including joining me for some cycling, which I shall definately look forward to.
First day I have taken no photos, I think I was just too tired and hot!!
